Rules

KGC camps follow a strict set of rules that ensure our campers safety. The rules are put in place to facilitate how campers behave in camp, how they treat each other, and how they treat the staff. The rules reflect KGC values, goals, and vision for the campers to be their best self. Any breaking of the rules results in a disciplinary action to guarantee an aligned mindset throughout the whole camp, to make sure the campers get the most out of the camp!

The camps are usually held in the month of August each year, with other events; like ramadan tournament, gatherings, family camp, and christmas camp; for KGC family throughout the year

The camp agenda is not disclosed to keep the excitement and suspense about what happens in the camp; but you can get an idea about what happens in the camp through the Featured Activities section in each camp page.

We accept online payments through the website, or cash payments at our office (you can find the address and location in the contact us page). Installments are available as long as 6 month installments with 0% interest with our partners the CIB (Commercial International Bank) and Zbooni.

Kids Games Camps ages are between the age of 9 and the age of 21.

Family Games parent age range is open, and camper ages go as young as 3 years old.

Other events can have different age ranges depending on the event.

Transportation is available by Bus on multiple meeting points that are specified per each camp.

Transportation by personal car is also available.

If cancellation occurs 1 month prior to the start of camp, 90% of the total fees will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs 3 weeks prior to the start of camp, 50% of the total fees will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs 2 weeks prior to the start of camp, 25% of the total fees will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs 1 week prior to the start of camp, no refund will be given.
Policy is applied with no exceptions even in the cases of sickness, travelling, exams or others.
