Participation in Activities

By registering, parents confirm that their child is physically and medically fit to participate in camp activities. Some activities may involve physical exertion; participation is voluntary but supervised.

Emergency Medical Care

In the event of an emergency, the camp reserves the right to seek immediate medical treatment for the camper. All medical expenses incurred are the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Every effort will be made to contact parents or emergency contacts as soon as possible.

Illness During Camp

Campers who show signs of contagious illness (fever, vomiting, severe flu symptoms, etc.) may be isolated and parents will be contacted immediately. Parents are responsible for arranging pickup if the camper is unable to continue safely.

Medication Management

Any required medication must be clearly labeled with the camper’s name and dosage instructions. Parents must inform the camp administration in advance about all medications. Camp staff are not permitted to administer medication unless proper authorization is provided.

Medical Information Disclosure

Parents/guardians must provide complete and accurate medical information during registration. This includes chronic conditions, allergies, medications, physical or behavioral considerations, and dietary needs. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in dismissal from the camp without refund.
