To make sure everyone has a great experience, we ask all campers to follow the rules below.

What is your refund policy?
- Our camp programs require advance planning, staffing, accommodation reservations, activity bookings, and equipment preparation. For this reason, the following refund policy applies to all registrations:
- Cancellation 1 month before the camp start date:
90% of the total camp fees will be refunded - Cancellation 3 weeks before the camp start date: 50% of the total camp fees will be refunded
- Cancellation 2 weeks before the camp start date: 25% of the total camp fees will be refunded
- Cancellation 1 week before the camp start date or later:
No refund will be issued
Important Notice: This refund policy is applied strictly with no exceptions, including but not limited to:- Illness or medical conditions
- Travel issues
- School exams
- Personal or family circumstances
- Any unforeseen situations
By completing the registration and payment process, parents and guardians confirm their understanding and acceptance of this policy.

I am trying to call the camp phone but no one is answering/it is always turned off, what can I do?
If you are unable to reach the camp phone, please contact our office during working days from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Kids Games Camp welcomes campers from 10 to 20 years old.

What should my child bring to camp?
Comfortable sportswear, appropriate sports shoes, and any required personal items. A detailed checklist will be shared before camp starts.

I paid but haven’t received my acceptance letter yet and my registration status is “completed or pending payment .” What does that mean?
If your registration status is completed or pending payment and you have not received any confirmation email, please send us a WhatsApp message and attach a screenshot of your registration status and payment confirmation.
This will allow us to review your birth certificate and verify your payment so we can confirm your registration as soon as possible.
